was the 6th anniversary of undertale. it was celebrated with a live playthrough of deltarune chapter i, done by toby fox and three fangamer staff.
the version of deltarune they were playing was slightly modded. here's all the changes i caught.

seam's seap
the background of seam's shop contains a cake with a candle shaped like the number 6. it's on the right side, replacing a few boxes that normally lie there. (@1:18:12)
the doll on the left side is wearing a birthday hat. note that the doll is still using its old design. the doll's appearance was only changed in chapter 2, which hadn't released at this point.
nubert
nubert appears twice in chapter 1: at the forest bake sale by the warp door (@1:54:02) and during the Friendship scene on the gallery (@3:11:50). both interactions have this dialogue:
* I'm Nubert.
* Everybody loves me.

is spoken by Ralsei in the forest, and by Susie on the gallery.
jevil
on card castle's secret floor, near the entrance, there's a hidden key that unlocks jevil's cell instantly. (@2:49:15)
interacting with it prompts this dialogue:
* There's a key here. It's caked in dog fur and frosting.
* You picked up the fully formed prison key.
this was added because getting the key normally takes a long time, and wouldn't be fun to watch.
the entire game is sped up by 20% during the fight with jevil.
